Radio Set SCR-193-(*) is made up
of Radio Transmitter BC-191-(*), Radio Receiver BC-312-(*), Dynamotor
BD-77-(*), and additional components required for installation in the
vehicle concerned. It is designed for installation in various type vehicles
for the purpose of providing communication either while stationary or
moving. Although all the models of Radio Sets SCR-193-(*) are basically
alike, special parts are required in different installations because of
varying vehicular requirements. The differences in these special components
are the only differences between the models. The symbol (*) used after basic
nomenclature refers to certain specific models of the equipment. Thus Radio
