Just a few quantity of information are avaiable regarding this interesting
and very rare italian ciphering machine. It has five rotors in the coding
apparatus and one rotor in the writing apparatus. The keyboard has 27 keys
with lever, of which 26 are for the alphabet and 1 for the continuos
movement. The “ W “ key serves as a spacer when coding and correspondes to “
W “ when decoding. Each key controls the electrical contacts of the coding
circuit.
