Radio set BC-611 ( SCR-536 ) A-B-C-D-E-F consists of a five tubes, low power, dry battery operated radio receiver and transmitter, and certain accessories. It is designed for amplitude modulated, 2 way communication over short distances. The outstanding feature of its design and construction is its extreme portability. It is intended primarily as a handie talkie for foot combat troops.
